I can't generate a 'Normalisr' :( when i enter my last.fm username and click 'Go' then it shows "We're very sorry We have ancountered a system error." What's wrong and can you help me?

How can I get a widget for charts other than my overall one, such as 12 month, 6 month, and 3 month?

Still love this. However, Thurston Moore should not be near the top of my list. Normalisr says i've listen to Moore for 282 mins., but i calculated 106 mins. Moore is near the bottom of my un-normalized top 50. i think his stats are being mingled with someone else near the bottom.
